Fino sherry – wine reviews

Fino is a dry white wine, traditionally made from palomino grapes, which is aged under a layer of yeasts which make up the veil of flor. It is the sister wine to Manzanilla. It is stored and aged in large American oak butts using the traditional solera y criaderas system. Fino sherry is commonly produced in the bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa María. Click for more information about Fino sherry.
