Tio Pepe En Rama 2021

Tio Pepe En Rama has just been announced, the 12th edition already. In 2021 it is a selection of 82 butts from the giant Tio Pepe solera(s), bottled at the moment when the flor is highly active.

This year Gonzalez Byass is using the hashtag #LivingFlor. This Fino sherry expresses flor its ‘wild’ form, thanks to minimal filtering (en rama). Tio Pepe En Rama is around 5 years of age.

Tio Pepe En Rama 2021 will be available in the González Byass online shop (Spain only) from 5th April, for around € 15. It will arrive in other countries in the weeks after.
