Lustau 3 En Rama 2019

Lustau will soon release the 2019 edition of its 3 En Rama series. They are still the only bodega that can offer a comparative collection of similar wines from each of the cities that form the sherry triangle.

Bottled en rama with minimal treatment, of course in springtime when the living flor yeast reaches its zenith. This is high quality sherry, biologically aged and influenced by the specific microclimate of the town in which it is aged. There’s a Fino de Jerez, a Fino del Puerto and a Manzanilla de Sanlúcar. Winemaker Sergio Martínez carefully selected the most intense and outstanding casks from every solera to create the best wines for this yearly limited edition. All wines are bottled at 15.5% and around 5 years of age.

This year Lustau also presents a new visual identity for the series, featuring labels that stand out with a white background and bold typography. Well done.

It shouldn’t take long before I publish my review, stay tuned.
